We finally recived the closing papers for the property. Now to tweek out financing.

After Many months of waiting, the city finally accepted our bid and approved the selling of the property to us. Now we wait for the formality of paperwork. We are currently working on various fundraising ideas to help us begin our new home. One of our first is a "Mother of all Garage Sales". We will be pooling our massive quantities of STUFF in hopes of pulling in a few bucks. We have also been selling "No Iraq War" pins to help spread the peace that we all desire to see.

Sent in for our paper work for our By Laws & Article of incorporation. Let's see just how long this'll take.
